Directory sources

The 45 initial entries were supplied in the owner’s Long Island vineyard spreadsheet. Selected descriptions and visitor links were checked against official vineyard websites on October 26, 2026. Tour-company information comes from each operator’s official website, linked on its listing. Basic entries are marked where current visitor policies have not been independently verified.

Maps and distances

Address coordinates are cached from the U.S. Census Geocoder, OpenStreetMap, or cited official venue sources. Census address points are calculated along address ranges and may not mark an entrance. Map data © OpenStreetMap contributors, available under the Open Database License. Nearby mileage is calculated as a straight-line distance between these approximate points; it is not a driving-distance or travel-time estimate.

Our historic Long Island map

The navigation background is an artistic color adaptation of the 1857 Travellers Map of Long Island, published by J. H. Colton & Co. This authentic antique map is in the public domain. The scan was provided by Geographicus Rare Antique Maps through Wikimedia Commons; the website version was adapted with AI image editing to use dark green water and antique gold land, then compressed for the website. View the original map and source. It is a decorative illustration based on a historic map; use the interactive vineyard map for current locations.

Our mark

The Two Forks Wine logo is an original, stylized coastline illustration of Long Island’s split eastern end, including the North Fork, South Fork, and Shelter Island. It is a brand illustration, not a navigational map.
