WHAT TO EXPECT
The vineyard experience
The Mattituck Wine Barn occupies a renovated century-old potato barn within the wider Harbes farm setting. Visitors can combine interest in the vineyard with the surrounding agricultural destination, but should check separate farm activities and admission arrangements rather than assume they are included. Seating in the Wine Barn is first come, first served.
THE WINES
A sense of their style
The estate emphasizes sustainable viticulture and lists ten acres of vines. Its range reflects the original Merlot and Chardonnay foundation alongside later plantings, with sparkling and dessert-wine styles also documented.
Styles describe the producer’s range, not a live tasting menu or inventory. Offerings change by vintage and season.
