A PLACE TO DISCOVER
A little closer
to Jamesport.
Terra Vite is a boutique vineyard on Manor Lane in Jamesport. Its official site shares the family story and a calendar of events and education.
THE STORY BEHIND THE PLACE
History & heritage
Jacqui and Greg Goodale created Terra Vite from their shared enthusiasm for Italian food, wine and hospitality. Jacqui’s Italian-American heritage and studies in Florence informed the brand; Greg grew up on the North Fork. The official team page identifies Kelly Koch as winemaker.
WHAT TO EXPECT
The vineyard experience
The three-acre home vineyard lies behind the winery and tasting room on Manor Lane in Jamesport. Its Italian-inspired setting hosts a calendar of events and educational experiences. The team also tends a separate two-acre vineyard in Aquebogue.
THE WINES
A sense of their style
The Manor Lane vineyard grows Sauvignon Blanc and Chardonnay. Cabernet Franc, Merlot and Syrah are cultivated at the separate Aquebogue site maintained by Terra Vite.
Styles describe the producer’s range, not a live tasting menu or inventory. Offerings change by vintage and season.
